HCSD Seeking UPK Proposals from Local Preschools
The Highland Central School District is seeking proposals from local preschools interested in participating in the District’s Universal Pre-Kindergarten (UPK) program for the 2025-2026 school year. Interested preschools should submit a letter of intent by Friday, March 14, with full proposals due by Friday, March 21. Please note: Existing collaborating agencies only need to submit a letter of intent; they do not have to submit a full proposal.
