HES Travel Lunch Order Form

Dear Parents/Guardians:

Travel lunches are available from the cafeteria for your child’s field trip. Please select the main lunch item below. All lunches will be packed with a bag of reduced fat chips, fruit, fruit juice, a napkin, and a straw.

In order to offer your child the following selections we ask that you please complete order forms no later than two weeks prior to the date of field trip.
